Team

Aryna Satovska

17 years in communications, over 10 – in public communications. After managing a PR agency in 2005-2008, she ran projects on public affairs, investment promotion and destination marketing for regional authorities. Since 2014, as a part of Ukrainian Crisis Media Center, she worked for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies. In 2017-2019 she ran 'Republic', a strategic communications agency. Author and tutor of educational courses on communications. After completing an Executive MBA at kmbs in 2021 she has been into projects in destination marketing, agritourism and entrepreneurship.

Anastasiia Shyrokova

20-year experience in organizing large-scale events, launching and leading local and national projects, development and implementing communication and promotion strategies, developing and conducting training courses. Certified Career Orientation Specialist, co-founder and teacher of the “Event Management Academy” educational platform. Expert in modern business, secular and protocol etiquette.

Igor Fomenko

Over 15 years of managerial experience, with over 10 - in business consultancy and trainings. Has cooperated with Ukraine's top business schools - kmbs (Kyiv) and Lvbs (Lviv) - as a coach in MarkStrat and Entrepreneur business simulations, with over 1000 business owners and top-level employees as participants over the last decade. Previously occupied positions of COO, logistics, sales and services director in companies operating in leasing, FMCG, construction materials, and automotive parts industries. Founder and head at IF Development Center, a business consultancy and trainings agency. Independent financial advisor on personal finance at OVB Allfinanz Ukraine. Member of Alumni Advisory Board at kmbs.

Dmytro Shynkaruk

11 years in communication, including B2B, journalism, political PR, project management. In 2009-2013 worked on international business communication in government companies and business associations. Since 2013 – foreign correspondent, including conflict areas. In 2016-2017 was involved in government strategic communication and political PR. Since 2017 has been working as a Communication Coordinator of the technical assistance project on justice reform.
